Dr. Jacobs has served as a special education teacher, supervisor, director, and principal. His work spans inclusive programming, behavior and crisis response, student supervision, school safety, and administrative practice.
His approach is independent and evidence-led: follow the record, apply the standard, explain the reasoning, and state limitations plainly.
